Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you're buying from Looner! That said, we handle returns and exchanges on a case by case basis, as this is a consumable product.

Return and Exchange Period

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased on our website within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you receive a non-defective item and open or use it, we cannot accept it for a return or exchange due to sanitary and safety reasons.

There are no restocking fees for unopened or unused items. If the item has a manufacturer defect, we will not charge any service fees. Please see our return shipping cost policy below.

Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a request for a refund, replacement, or exchange, please email us at info@loonersodas.com with your full name, order number, phone number, and reason for the return. We may request additional information or proof if necessary. Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the package. Replacement items will be shipped once we receive the defective item back at our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns. Once we receive and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for replacement items or issue payments for refunds. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive the wrong items, we will provide a return shipping label. If you are unable to print the label, we may issue a store credit for the amount you spend on returning the items.

Refund Process

Refunds may be issued back to the original payment method or as store credit. Please be aware that we are not responsible for refunds to prepaid cards if the cardholder no longer has possession of them.
