Looner sodas are soft drinks infused with plant-derived THC.

Yes, our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill because they contain hemp-derived Delta-9 THC and less than 0.3% THC by dry weight. 

 

However, state laws vary, and we only ship to states where these products are legal. 

Can you ship to my state?
